Nowadays 30 to 50% of the cartridges HP 21/22/27/28/56/57 and 58 have a program built in by HP which will cause these cartridges to read as electronic failures. Phases to convert HP 27 to HP 21 and HP 28 to HP 22 - Ink cartridges
